poweroff not cutting power

When I do a /sbin/poweroff it just sits at "System halted."
Has anyone able to cut the power without actually un-plugging the sheevaplug?

As I saw, the PSU is unmanageable and can't be tuned off by command (unlike ATX PSU).
So, no - it's not possible.
