2.6.31.3 is now available.

I've read that thread and have been waiting for an official patch to make it into the kernel (which hasn't happened).

I'll apply the patch to 2.6.31.4 (it should be out soon) and see if it solves the problem.

Edit:

When trying to mount ntfs-3g partition from external harddrive within fstab during startup I get the following error:

I have to do a "mount -a" after login to get it to work

Edit2:

ok its far too late for me I just added a rootdelay=10 to the uboot arguments and it works like a charm now.
