UBoot details..Error meesages

I finally managed to get connected via the mini usbl port and I have set up the sheeva with root as the SD card. Howerver when I look at the info presented on stat up I see the following errors. Could anyone please advise:

the vm.mmap_min_addr error can be resolved by commenting out the last line (net.ipv4.tcp_syncookies=1) of /etc/sysctl.d/10-process-security.conf.  For the /lib/modules errors, is there a /lib/modules/2.6.22.18/modules.dep?

Thanks for the vn.nmap fix.

There are no files period in the /lib/modules directory. What have I done wrong?

I'm not sure, badcam.  It's been a while since I ran the default load and I don't recall seeing these specific errors when I did.

If you do not need to remain on this load, I'd suggest moving on to something more modern.  Running the alpha-6 installer will cure a myriad of problems, including this one.

I've taken your advice and run the alpha-6 installer. All things considered, it worked very well.

At least now that I've been through the process, I'm confident that I can go through it again.
