bricked Ionics Stratus?

Greetings Everibody,

I was using (but really for what I wanted) a Ionics stratus plug ,but now I'm not even able to acces the Uboot console,
no output at all from the serial port(TeraTerm and Putty) , this means that is bricked?

the(unsuccesfull) story : I got it last year , but for couplr of reson I start to use it only this year, so I want to replace software/kernel ...unsuccesfuly(I try with the scripts, from usb,run recover2..etc, reset) and at a point it was not booting, but still able to enter the Uboot console ...then trying to unbrick and to see it booting again(whatever new or old version)  it crashes completly, I mean I not even can access the console, any ideea or suggestion?
