no /dev/ttyUSB0 upon conecting a plug via USB-miniusb cable

There is no /dev/ttyUSB0 upon conecting a plug via USB-miniusb cable.
Green light is on, as well as Internet  LEDs while blue LED is off.

Is there a way to proceed?
