Compiler Error "skipping incompatible /lib/libc.so.6 when searching ..."

Hi Senoirs,

I met an annoying compiler problem, error message is listed as follows.

../../../../arm-linux-gnueabi/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /lib/libc.so.6 when searching for /lib/libc.so.6
/projects/cross/bin/../lib/gcc/arm-mv5sft-linux-gnueabi/4.3.2/../../../../arm-linux-gnueabi/bin/ld: cannot find /lib/libc.so.6

makefile is attached. Hope could get some advices, thanks.
