www.owncloud.org
it should be possible to run it on a sheevaplug with debian/ubuntu.
On the following webpage are the owncloud package dependencies:

http://owncloud.org/install/advanced/

General possible owncloud package dependencies that might not be preinstalled on your server:

Hard dependencies:
php5 (>= 5.2)
php5-sqlite (>= 3)
php5-json
php-xml
php-mbstring

Soft dependencies:
mp3info
curl
libcurl3
libcurl3-dev
php5-curl
zip

The name of the packages (e.g. wether it’s called “php5″ or “php”) vary depending on your distribution.

You could try to use the german installation guide:

For Debian and Ubuntu with ssh access, there’s a detailed german installation tutorial at
http://mein.homelinux.com/wiki/cloud/owncloud
written for both ownCloud 1.2 and 2.0.
