why I can not start NFS daemon?

My system is fedora 16.
I have installed portmap-4.0-31.i686.rpm and nfs-utils-1.2.4-3.fc15.i686.rpm.
But when I want to start NFS service, it comes an error.
Just like the following image:

Do the syslog message show anything more useful?
