Is there a nice cookbook recipe for cloning a GuruPlug Server (running from internal NAND)?

I've got about a dozen that I need to custom configure, so I'd like to configure one, create an image of the disk on a USB key, reboot the others using the serial console and restore from that image.

Thanks.

have you looked into the *nix command 'dd' ?  ya, i know it's way old school, but its insanely thorough -- it's also insanely powerful so be very careful that you get the syntax correct...
