Boot from a new microSD card on Dreamplug

I am new to the dreamplug, and just ordered the dreamplug alone, without any develop kit.

It seems there is no way to change the dreamplug boot sequence without having a JTAG kit.

Then is it possible that I make another bootable 8G microSD and replace the original 2GB with it by opening the case?

Anyone thinks that will work?
