I've been running almost two years sheeva plug from sd card and suddenly I noticed some kernel i/o errors.
FYI I'm running Debian testing...
I booted from nand and fsck the sd card with many errors so I proceeded with fdisk and extracted a backup I had from last month to the sd card.
e2fsck says that mmcblk0p1 (kernel uimage) and mmcblk0p2(rootfs) are ok
But when i'm trying to boot from sd-card I get a
"udevd[596]: error: runtime directory '/run/udev' not writable, for now falling back to '/dev/.udev"and after that I get stuck to the error :
Waiting for /dev to be fully populated...udevd[597]: unable to receive ctrl connection: Function not implemented
udevd[597]: unable to receive ctrl connection: Function not implementedCan someone help to resolve this or is my sd-card almost dead ?
Below is the serial console print when I try to boot from sd card (mmc).
