ports.ubuntu.com doesn't seem to be resolving correctly:

Code:
$ ping ports.ubuntu.com
PING ports.ubuntu.com (91.189.92.175) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from wahoo.canonical.com (91.189.92.175): icmp_req=1 ttl=51 time=29.8 ms

Maybe that repro has now problems with the sheeva-part of the repro and not with the part of the repro which would be used for normal pcs? As a alternativ Check you could try to change your DNS? (8.8.8.8 for Google?)

Did you try a alternativ repro?

Check your hosts file for an entry for ports.ubuntu.com

remove it and all should work

(my sheeva came with an incorrect entry for ports.ubuntu.com in it's host file)
