2.6.38.6 and 2.6.32.40 new kernels available

2.6.38.6 and 2.6.32.40 are now available.

For everything besides Dreamplugs:
sudo ./README-PLUG-UPDATE.sh 2.6.38.6 --nandkernel (installs 2.6.38.6 to nand)

For Dreamplugs:
sudo ./README-DREAM-UPDATE.sh 2.6.38.6 (installs 2.6.38.6 to disk)

README-*-UPDATE.sh's have been updated with new location on plugapps.com (/mirror has been added).

Kernel and modules are available from the following locations:

Features e-sata, dmcrypt, IPV6, CIFS, NFS4, EXT3, EXT4, JFS, XFS, FUSE(for ntfs-3g), UBIFS, usb-serial, uvcvideo, iptables, appletalk, bluetooth, v4l and ppp.

CONFIG_AUDIT* is not enabled in the kernel.  I'm not sure that I want to add it to a default setup, as it would appear to add overhead.
