http://www.cyrius.com/debian/kirkwood/sheevaplug/I've used the procedure documented above on my two plugs where the target of the install was an SD card. This procedure talks about support for USB installs but I have not done it myself. I don't know how different the Guruplug is from my older ones but I see there is a section in the above link discussing which devices are supported.
