Samba uninstall problem
«

Hi, I installed Samba, but messed up the configuration file. So I figured reinstalling would solve the problem.
But when I removed samba with "apt-get --purge remove samba" the configuration files were still there.
How can I fully remove all of samba?
P.S. "rm /etc/samba/smb.conf" from root doesn't work either.

From the man page on apt-get on my ShPg:
Quote
purge
purge is identical to remove except that packages are removed
and purged (any configuration files are deleted too).
I think the format is apt-get purge pkg_name ...

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I can't test it anymore. I just formatted the sd-card and started over again.
