Hi. I tried searching the forum, but didn't find that...

The default debian seems to have a tiny problem with charsets. While installing some stuff I often get a warning that there is no locale setting etc.
And while using ssh I cant get local chars to work properly (my default is utf-8 everywhere).

Anybody knows what that is about? Do I have to fix some settings?

thx in advance Smiley
