u-boot-kw.git in-sync with latest U-boot release (June 2009)

Hi all

new u-boot version is released in last week
the u-boot-kw.git at git.marvell.com is in sync with this release.

Sheevaplug Changelog:
bugfix: tftp not working issue
added: USB phy init, with this USB not working at kernel level issue is fixed
