Gcc 4.5.1 PlugToolChain Build script available

I've updated the toolchain that I use to include gcc 4.5.1.

The script gathers files from CodeSourcery opensource archive and then build the toolchain.
It has been cleaned up a bit from the previous versions (it doesn't build CodeSourcery names and bug info into the tools).

BuildPlugToolChain-2010.09-51.sh is available at:
