I've build a system using this CD, but can't seem to connect using minicom. I don't see /dev/ttyUSB0 or something similar. What am I doing wrong? Or what else should I be doing?

Thanks,

Ken

I'm a total newbie in the world of linux compiling let alone cross compiling...

I downloaded this, installed it, updated it, and now mooching around to see whats in there.  Where is the cross compiler, and how do I get started with it?

A Wiki page on how to cross compile a Hello World application would be a excellent start methinks...

Just as an FYI. I tried downloading from http://www.filedropper.com/ubuntu-8042-desktop-i386-sheevaplug with ubuntu and it quit after 126MB, Tried again and the same thing happened. I'm downloading it now with wget and the connection has closed every 126MB but wget is smart enough to retry.
