Is mainstream 2.6.30 now totally suitable for Sheevaplug?

The wiki says the folowing:

As for today (April-27 2009) kernel.org 2.6.30-rc2 already have most of the bits to get a kernel up and running, missing the cpuidle framework and a fix for the SDIO interface that can be patched from the Marvell git.

So the question is, now that 2.6.30 is released, did the 2 patches mentioned above make it into the mainline kernel?  Can people use standard kernel sources from www.kernel.org without needing special patches?

The SDIO patch got integrated into 2.6.30 and tested too, please use the vanilla version since it includes some more patches upstreamed from Marvell GIT.

Does the SDIO patch solves the issue with high speed cards?

The queued up orion tree patches, including the cpuidle and clock gating patches are in mainline now - post 2.6.30. So, 2.6.31 will be the first one with all the goodies.

A variety of SD and SDHC cards, GPS and a 8686 WIFI SDIO cards were tested with 2.6.30.  Especially the Sandisk SDHC cards used to be problematic when switching them to high speed mode
