Future of plug computing

At the end of the year it is a common habit to reflect on the past year. 

The future looked bright for plug computing at the beginning of this year. Plug Computer 3.0 was announced by Marvell.

Almost one year later there is still no sign of life of Plug Computer 3.0. What happened? Was it born dead from the start?

How about Plug Computer 2.0 for 2011? The GuruPlug Plus wasnt a 2.0....mostly only a 1 3/8 :-)
Nice try, but a retry would be nice.... my GuruPlug Plug is waiting offline beside my Sheevaplug and Dockstar
for a new case.
