Bricked GuruPlug - GuruPlug-Installer not working

My GuruPlug i sbasically bricked at the moment.  I was in the middle of updating uboot and the plug locked up.  Now I do not get anything back on the Serial adapter and only the Green light lights up on the GuruPlug.

I have set up a Ubuntu VM so I can more easily interface with the JTag board but there seems to be some configuration missing or I have missed some unmentioned pre-req.

I have downloaded the latest uboot for the GuruPlug, the GuruPlug installer.  I have the JTag board plugged in to the GuruPlug as well as the Uart cable. 

When I try running the runme.sh I immediately see both ethernet ports blink on the guruPlug, so that is encouraging, however then I see the below output..

I have tried this at various stages, right after powering up the plug, several times the first few minutes, then even after the plug has been sitting for a while, same results.

Any help to resolve basically a loud paperweight at this point?

Ok, well after various combinations of power cycling and running the guruplug-installer I finally got the right timing.  Perhaps a bit of head banging tightened up a loose wire, as I was able to get uBoot working again.  What a frustrating little device.  Also the debug information from the installer does not lend itself to much confidence.

I'm in the same situation and have been trying the power cycle trick for the last couple of days without luck. Any hints/suggestions as to what sequence appeared to work?
