How do I add a new page to PlugWiki?

I've written up a how-to on running an SD card as the root file system.  I'd like to post it on plugWiki, but I can't figure out how to add a page.  How do I do it?  I'm feeling pretty dense!

Just type it in the url and it'll give you the option, like this:

http://plugcomputer.org/plugwiki/index.php/Omg

Thanks!  That worked, and I've added the page http://plugcomputer.org/plugwiki/index.php/SD_Card_As_Root_File_System.

I've assigned it to the "HowTo" category?  Anyplace else I should link this in?

Sorry for pushing this old topic up!

It is a bit of a stupid question but how to you add a page to the HowTo category?
I have made a page on the wiki but it does not show on the HowTo page or at any other location.
