I installed the USB drivers that I got off the site for Windows (only available machine at work) and the install went well and then I connected using the USB port (COM4). It worked for about 20 minutes. I then power cycled the thing and now I get an unrecognized USB Device error.
Do I have a brick?
Thanks

All is solved. I opened the case and pressed the master reset switch and it booted.

You can reset it by inserting a straightened out paper clip in the little hole on the side of the SheevaPlug. The hole is near the LEDs on the side opposite the side with the SDcard slot. There is a little reset push button switch behind that hole. You should not need to open it up.

I tried that and it didn't work. I'm thinking that cable connecting the dev board was loose that is why the side reset button didnt' work and why the mini USB connector failed as well. Opening up reset the connector.
