Virtual sound card with remote desktop (vnc?) - possible?

1) It is possible to create virtual sound card (by pulseaudio, perhaps?) and send sound to other computer by some remote desktop software? 

2) If making virtual card is not possible, usb sound card will help? What program should i use? Vnc doesn't send sound, xrdp uses internally vnc, right? Only nx should work?
