I'm not able to boot my plug after my SD card failed.  Just get

512 MB

CPU : Marvell Feroceon (Rev 1)

Streaming disabled
Write allocate disabled

USB 0: host mode
PEX 0: interface detected no Link.
Net:   egiga0 [PRIME], egiga1
Hit any key to stop autoboot:  0

NAND read: device 0 offset 0x100000, size 0x400000

Reading data from 0x4ff800 -- 100% complete.
 4194304 bytes read: OK
## Booting image at 00800000 ...

   Data Size:    2626008 Bytes =  2.5 MB
   Load Address: 00008000

Starting kernel ...

Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel.

And it hangs here forever.  Is there anything I can do get it working again or should I toss it in the closet junk pile?  Thanks.

Does anyone know if there is support available from Marvel?  Really don't want to have to toss this thing in the trash can.

Did the card fail or the card reader?

If it's "just" the card you could re-install from scratch onto a new card using the SheevaPlug Installer, which is mentioned in other threads around here.
