Plug as a host server
«

Recently I learned of Plug and this is my first post and question. Can Plug act as a internet host computer? I am planning on using WordPress to create a blog and was wondering if I could host my blog myself with a Plug computer? If the answer is technically yes, then I am wondering how practical it is to use Plug as an internet host computer? Does anyone know anyone who is using the Plug this way?
Thanks.

I'm serving up this graph from a guruplug server. All data logging, graph creation and web hosting are handled by the plug:

There was mention of someone doing a wordpress blog with a plug:
http://plugcomputer.org/plugforum/index.php?topic=1464.0
However the links listed in the post don't seem to work anymore.
Also there's a SheevaPlug (the forerunner of the GuruPlug) that serves up a wiki and mention of the fact that it is served from the SheevaPlug can be found on the aforementioned wiki at:

check out the last two comments on that page
Hope that helps.

Currently Im hosting 2 domains off my plug and have never had a problem. Mostly it is for personal use (ssh and a couple of web apps) but sometimes Ill put files up for friends and family to grab. The plug has plenty of power to handle a lot more traffic though.
