Hi,

I think, the device will be supported by Linux, but I need a starting point about the driver or setup.

Has anyone any experiences with this device?

Here is a german posting related to the same hardware (and it's name) but O2: http://www.linux-club.de/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=105622&start=0

Thanks

Have a look at:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/569812

It says the (German page) workaround didn't work for him (her~), but you could still try it.

Thanks,

I understand what I have to do. But the page explains to use usb-modeswith which should be installed via apt-get install usb-modeswitch.
This doesn't work even if I do a apt-get update beforehand.

Where can I get the package and how do I tell apt-get optionally the source where it comes from?

Thanks
