Hi again,

Reading the ESIA docs i found this:


The required directory structure is shown below as it must exist on the FAT32 file system on the USB
DoK. The DoK can have multiple partitions, but the the partition with the application hosting must be
FAT32 formatted. The entire DoK must be less than 2 GB for the uboot program on the Plug to read
the DoK correctly during installation of the application.

Hmm, er... so the pendrive *must* be less than 2 GB ? Is this information up-to-date ? My pendrive has 8 GiB, so i presume it WON'T WORK with ESIA ?

btw: If this limitation is true, does anyone know if it apply for SheevaPlug Installer 1.0 too ? (Maybe this is the source of my problem related in another post)

I used a 4GB Transcent USB Stick. No problems at all.

You can always put a 2GB partition on an 8GB pen drive (you "partition" it).  It's just the reverse that's impossible.
