Hi
Does anyone have this message during booting on a Shiva plug?
Any help is appreciated.

Dont have my plug yet but did you check to see if the file is there? If so try changing permissions. On my gentoo box it is 644.

I believe if you just run depmod this error will go away. I'm now running a new kernel so I can't verify that right now.
