My solution was to hold the reset button while starting runme.sh and quickly letting go.
But after spending ages trying to recompile uboot for ext2load without succes, I tried flashing a binary one off the wiki.
Since then my Guruplug hasn't done anything, at all.
The jtag link comes up but openocd quits with:
Error: timed out while waiting for target halted
