Looks like it's in the FCC Database.  It's FCC ID is YCJ003GP and can be found at http://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid/ .  It includes the test reports, photos, block diagrams, basic manual, and even the schematic.

YCJ portion goes into the first field and the balance into the second field.
