What are the commands we can type in the bootrom debug mode, how can i use it ?

Do you mean U-Boot? I believe typing help at the U-Boot prompt will give you a list of supported commands. Usage documentation for most of them is a google search away.

No i mean the BootROM debug mode, the one you get when you send the pattern 0xDD 0x11 0x22 0x33 0x44 0x55 0x66 0x77 through serial port when you reset the board.
