Ok, this should be easy ...  All I want to do is put the line cord on instead of the wall mount.

Do I just need to be more aggressive with it?  Seemed like I darn near broke it off....

Any help would be appreciated,

Doug

It's in there really tight. Mine was a PITA to remove.

Hey! I just had an idea - what if you plugged it into the wall and pulled down? Would that give you the right angle?

If you can get the pronged piece to move at all you can usually just put a prying device in the gap and pry it loose.  Seems to me we used a butter knife.  It does have a catch on the underside that makes it a bit of a bear to remove it.

Thank you both - it does just work really hard....

Used a very broad flat screw driver and managed to get it off without mangling it too much.

Thanks again,

Doug
