Did they reply back to you then? I emailed 3 times and got nothing, when I asked to cancel my guruplug and process a refund that was done overnight. No word about the PS problem yet.

You could have your choice, either you could send the plug to them to repair, or they would send you the power supply. I chose to have it sent to me.  They are currently waiting for the shipment of power supplies to come in, and they anticipate sending them out in late April.

They said they were waiting on supplies from china to come in and then they would email me the info to get my power supply paid for and sent.

Mine died tonight, after 9 months. I’ve sent them an email and hope they’ll give me a RMA for it. If not… I’ll probably try to change the power supply.

if you bought it from globalscales you are out of warranty. Your best bet is to go and buy a 5V Powersupply (2Amp, better 3) and solder it on. Powered USB Hubs contain a 5V supply and for every port they need to supply 0.5A.

Yeah... I kinda read the warranty after I posted... so opened it and plugged a new powersupply i had which is 5v / 3A. It works... but it looks like my J-Tag is dead...  when I connect the J-tag wire to it on window it says that a new USB adapter is wired but faulty... I tryed to reinstall the drivers but no luck. I've plugged it on an other computer which runs linux... but it gives...

usb 5-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 2
usb 5-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 5-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 5-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3
usb 5-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 5-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 5-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 4
usb 5-1: device not accepting address 4, error -71
usb 5-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 5
usb 5-1: device not accepting address 5, error -71
hub 5-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1
[... an so on ...]

Do you think there's something I could do to fix it?

This is awful. It really appears like, over time, the failure rate is getting close to 100%.... If they don't issue RMAs, i think we should all submit complaints with the better business bureau.

When say "still waiting" do you mean you've placed an order? or you're waiting for them to be available to order?

No reply for over a week. I think it might be time to consider the replacement power supplies a piece of false hope.

I just used their contact form on their website to enquire about getting a replacement unit. I hope they respond. What did they tell you?

They wanted to send a paypal payment request to the email address.  After I responded with a yes, an hour or two later I received a payment request from paypal.
