make (dd) image of internal flash memory

Hi all

I have a sheeva plug with preinstalled Ubuntu and I have make some changes (installed package, modify config, ...) and now I want save all in a dd image of internal flash memory, so as copy/transfer this image on other sheeva plug in the future.

how to do this ?
