I'm trying to compile handbrake on my plug.. When it gets to checking C++, I get this error:
Code:
checking how to run the C++ preprocessor... /lib/cpp
configure: error: C++ preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check
I'm running Debian Lenny, I have GCC installed and have compiled several other programs no problem. I tried doing it as root as well. No change.

Do you have /lib/cpp?  If not, you can link /usr/bin/cpp to /lib/cpp.  That should fix the problem.
