Flaky ethernet connector

My plug frequently (about once per day) drops the ethernet connection and the problem seems to be with the connector.  The connection comes right back if I push on the cable (yes, I have tried several different cables).  There is no strain on the cable, and the plug is sitting in a corner untouched.  Is anyone else having this problem?

I also have this problem. When I move sometimes the cable to the sides the connection is lost, because the socket moves a little inside. Better not to force it.
