Does anyone know why VMWARE Fusion (2.0.6) on OS X (10.6.2) only surfaces the FT2232D B USB connector and not the A connector? I'd like to use an Ubuntu image to flash a new version of the base install but can't seem to figure out how to surface the A jtag connector. Running lsusb confirms that only B is loaded and the installer blows up on connecting. I've already tried restarting is several times and this doesn't look like a transient issue.
Any help is appreciated.
