Does anyone have the JTAG or Serial pinouts of the guruplugs?

I already have a JTAG+Serial usb adapter (FT2232 based) because I have a prerelease Ionics Nimbus100 and I'd like to know if I could use that (provided I solder the appropiate leads) instead of buying another rather expensive (40$??) clone of what I already have if I buy a GuruPlug Server Plus.
