I've noticed this a lot since I've got my plug and wondered if its fixable or one of the annoying hangups of the guruplug.
When I ssh to it the console hangs most of the time, including hanging when it isnt doing anything and i just want to do a simple ls command. My plug also takes around 1min+ just to mount my esata drive, which just doesnt seem right at all  Angry

Also if i try to ping my plug I always get this buggy reply back

Ive been ignoring these issues for quite some time now but it really is getting to be a nuisance and non of the system logs seem to help me out very much.
As far as I am aware I have the default kernel and setup. The only mod ive made is to give it a static ip and be in client mode

No matter how many times I try to get my guruplug+ to be a wifi client and pick up my house wifi. It just doesnt work.

Ive been following http://www.plugcomputer.org/plugwiki/index.php/Setting_GuruPlug_to_be_a_WiFi_Client, but when I do the command
wpa_supplicant -i wlan0 -c my.conf -B

where my my.conf file is
ssid="The Internet v2.0"
psk="<<ascii key here>>"

I keep getting the following error: Failed to read or parse configuration '/root/my.conf'.
Googling around doesnt seem to give me too much info on the formatting of my.conf with wpm_supplicant. What am i doing wrong? I thought maybe the values for key_mgmt and proto might be wrong but tried a few permutations and still the same error (tried CCMP).
