Mine reboots constantly when plugged into one router, but boots fine plugged into my HP switch.  And the ESATA port on my GuruPlug works just fine with a 1Gb WD drive in a Rosewill housing.

Mine is working fine with a 1gb ESATA connected drive and a 2gb Micro SD card.   As soon as I figure out how to make it boot from the SD I'll stat using it. And yes, it gets hot, hotter than I'd like.

I called Monday and asked where it was after their site started indicating shipping had started. I'd ordered it back in Jan or Feb. After figuring out who I was they said it would ship Monday and since I'm so close I had it Tuesday.

I got my GuruPlug Tuesday.  Don't know if this has any bearing, but when I plugged the ethernet into my access point it wouldn't finish booting, but when I took it upstairs and plugged it into the 24 Port HP switch it booted just fine and I could log in via both the ethernet and the wireless. In theory there should be no difference as the AP is just plugged into the switch and should only look like another switch on the network.  It's been on since then and doing nothing perfectly. Works fine as an access point.
