sometimes I check my harddrives with fsck. Since a couple of time one hdd is checked as clean, but I can't mount it until I reboot.

I drive my sheeva with debian sqeeze and a  2.6.39-bpo.2-kirkwood kernel. all devices are connected via usb-hub. maybe the thing I changed was the kernel...
