I'm working on a DreamPlug and I was going to do some Oprofile work (profiling based on cpu hardware counters). But I was surprised that the CPU in the plug doesn't seem to support those counters. Kernel support for Oprofile and the event counters is built in.

I checked the processor documentation for the 88F6821 at Marvell's site, but didn't find any references to those counters.

Probably an unnecessary question, but have I been overlooking something or is it really not possible to do this on the DreamPlug ?
