Have you found any thing to do that? I want to do the same thing but just like I am a newbie I'd like some instructions

Yes, there is a light and it is turned on. I will try to format the HD to see if the problem is a damaged sector or someting like it..

I was using my sheeva but it had some problem so I had to rebbot it. After that I am not able anymore to see /dev/sda[1 and 2] in it. I have picked up 2 logs and they are here.

could anybody help me?

I am sorry but I am new at Linux and at Sheeva, it just arrived, I have pluged it in, and have found it in my network. So, let´s start the questions:

I am using Putty software to loggin in in Sheeva, so there is any default login and pass to enter??
