Premier Partners are eligible to receive the below listed "Additional Benefits" if the Premier Partner: (a) delivers to Marvell a total of five (5) proposed plug computer related end products for Marvell testing and evaluation (must be accepted for use by Marvell) and (b) provides a business plan to go to production on each (or any of the proposed plug computer related end products) for Marvell to review and comment.

Additional Benefits (after Premier Partner meets above mentioned events)

Co-operative lead generations

Access to discounted Development Kit pricing for member's production with separate agreement between Partner and Marvell. This discount may be conditioned on Partner offering discount on Partner's product(s) to Marvell employees.

Access to Marvell's technical support for Partner's proposed products (subject to Marvell's sole discretion)

Public Relations/Analyst Relations Activities

• Marvell to include supporting quotes regarding Partner's business/company in Partner's press releases and related news stories

• Joint press and analyst briefing

• Limited shared press and analyst lists at no cost to Partner

• Partner featured in award submission Satellite media tours and webinars (at Marvell's invitation, and based on space availability)

Co-Marketing Branding/Collateral

• Partner will have ability to enter into a no-fee license to use the Marvell Smart^TM logo for Partner's business/company ingredient branding on Partner's products/packaging (subject to Partner's agreement to Marvell's Trademark License and Usage Agreement)

• To use Marvell's trademark, Partner must agree to allow Marvell to use Partner's business/company name and logo on Marvell materials or products.

Tradeshow/Events

• Marvell may display Partner's product at a Marvell table/booth at selected trade shows or special events at no cost to Partner (subject to Marvell's invitation only, and based on space availability)
